Meaning embrace, I don't believe there is a word that fits this project more.
My goal when designing this lamp was to create a form that amplified light using a polished wood surface creating warm lighting. Building a base that was a thin angler form that would almost disappear when the lamp was lit. This was a project for a wood bending course while attending SCAD.
