The Aniti Lounge is inspired by my family's time living in Turkey when I was young. It includes design elements often found in Turkish art such as geometric cutouts, warm-toned wood, and an x-shaped frame inspired by a rahle (lectern used to hold the Quran). The lounge is made from cherry wood and finished with tung oil, and the cushions were outsourced from a retailer.
